Unicode in XML and Other Markup Languages Published
2007-05-16: W3C is pleased to announce the publication of Unicode in XML and other Markup Languages as a Unicode Technical Report and a W3C Note. Major changes since the previous version encompass the alignment with Unicode 5.0 and the discussion of white space handling.
